Plan terms & conditions

Plan Terms:
- (a)The Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Plan is intended for high-throughput, fixed-location business connectivity and is subject to a minimum service term of twelve (12) months from the date of activation, unless otherwise specified.
- (b)Early termination of the FWA Plan may result in termination fees or other charges in accordance with the applicable agreement, or the Service Provider's Termination Policy.
- (c)Data allowances under the FWA Plan are allocated on a per-SIM basis and are intended solely for the device in which the SIM is activated. Data pooling, sharing, redistribution, or transfer of data allowances between SIMs, users, or devices is not permitted unless expressly agreed by the Service Provider in writing.
- (d)The Service Provider shall retain sole discretion over all network management functions, including network steering, carrier selection, routing, prioritization, and other service optimization policies. The Customer shall not modify, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent such configurations or policies.
- (e)The full monthly subscription fee shall apply to each Active or Suspended SIM subscribed to the FWA Plan, regardless of actual data usage during the applicable billing cycle. No proration shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Network access: multi-network access globally — Spark NZ, One NZ & 2degrees in New Zealand; Optus, Telstra and Vodafone in Australia.
These plans allow multi-network access for use in Australia or New Zealand — accessing Spark NZ, One NZ & 2degrees in New Zealand, or Optus, Telstra or Vodafone in Australia. IoT plans are prepaid, month-to-month plans.
Prepaid Multi-Network Mobile Data plans provide multi-network access in Australia & New Zealand.
Unlimited Plan Terms:
- (a)The Business Unlimited Plan is a policy-enforced Product intended exclusively for business use in laptops, tablets, smartphones, and mobile hotspots. Each SIM is intended for use by a single user.
- (b)The Business Unlimited Plan may not be used with IoT devices, M2M applications, or network infrastructure functions, including, without limitation, SD-WAN, WWAN, remote routers, video surveillance systems, or telemetry solutions.
- (c)Sharing the Business Unlimited Plan across multiple users or devices is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affected Service.
- (d)The full monthly subscription fee shall apply to each Active or Suspended SIM subscribed to the Business Unlimited Plan, regardless of actual usage during the applicable billing cycle. No proration shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- (e)The service provider reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for compliance with these Plan Terms. Where the service provider reasonably determines that the Business Unlimited Plan is being misused, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, the service provider may, at its sole discretion and without liability, suspend, restrict, or terminate the affected Service without prior notice.
- (f)Billing shall apply on a per-SIM basis.
