Questions about managing your own APN.

A /24 is our standard private network block — 256 IP addresses (254 usable) — and the starting size for pricing. You're not limited to it: if your fleet needs more addresses, we can provision a larger block instead — /23 (512), /22 (1,024), /21 (2,048) or /20 (4,096) addresses — each priced according to size. Every block, large or small, is 100% private to you and your devices.

Self-Service APN Management puts subnet creation, device-to-device and internet toggles, SIM assignment and VPN setup directly in your portal for a flat monthly rate starting at a /24 — no quote, no waiting. Our custom-quoted Private APN & Secure VPN service is for larger, bespoke builds (dedicated infrastructure, custom routing into your data centre or cloud, national fleet rollouts) that our team designs and prices around your exact requirements.

Yes. You can create as many subnets as you need — each sized /24 or larger (/23, /22, /21, /20) depending on how many addresses it needs — each billed separately at its own monthly rate, so you can separate sites, device types or customers from each other with their own device-to-device and internet rules.

Yes. Setting up your own VPN tunnel directly into a subnet — for remote management or a link into your core infrastructure — is included at no extra cost once you have a subnet. You manage the VPN peer and pre-shared key yourself from the portal.
